and then ultimatley equity value,,,,,

Good news is that with this carrot of potential profits the buyers are going to probably be members of the banking syndicate also

Instos are not going to pump over half a Billion dollars into the company to buy equity and then foreclose on themselves so this placement is the best thing for the company and for the non insto players....

Reality is that if this is not successful then everyone will get ripped off including the "instos"

Still plenty of profit left for holders who are not big enough should this transaction be successful,,,,,,,and if the holders have held since it collapsed at least they will be reducing their losses
