Assuming the SPP gets off the ground, based on the $A756M to be raised this equates to an additional 2.8B shares on issue. This would mean to avoid dilution each holder would need to increase their current holding roughly 3 times. Therefore the SPP component of the raising is the only way for the little guys to maintain the status quo given the first part is a 1:1 rights issue and the second part is limited to instos.
Maybe I have got this wrong and am happy to be corrected.
