Shiggy, the authorities will determine the validity of their claims one way or the other.
Some will be valid, some wont be valid Asylum Seekers, the valid ones are not "illegals". Bucketing them all in to the class of illegals is an attempt to demonize them, and there is still zero reason for people to demonize Asylum Seekers.
If they are not genuine Asylum Seekers, then send them back, it's that simple.
