Not sure those invoices will last that long. The locals will have no trouble determining who is getting a handout from the Ausi Govt and i think they would not take kindly to it.
Not a very hospitable environment. You would indeed need to be out of options to go there. Anyone than can afford to make it to Indonesia and then onto a boat would perhaps be better off going somewhere else.
Those trapped in refugee camps on the other hand may be more willing to take the chance.
