That the contract period of the PPA was for one year must be in the body of the formal agreement and, being part of normal DoD procedures, would not be disclosed publically in writing. Since MO did discuss it at roadshows, the end point of the formal agreement should be one year from either the point of first power generation or when the entire array was considered complete. That could be a nebulous date, still some months away. Nevertheless, legalities are very important to government departments even if there are ongoing intentions. This may be worth an AGM question.
Any new PPA might include some longer term clauses from this stage. It is reasonably certain that MO would not want to disclose any pricing terms until the C6 is market ready. Meanwhile, keeping the PWEP in the water for the next few years is critically important as a promotion strategy in continuity of power supply, etc.
