I may be mistaken but I can not find any reference to MQR having water rights in Clayton Valley do you have any research to say they do if so a link would be helpful.
My understanding is that there are only three water rights within Clayton Valley with no intention to issue any further water rights.
I am aware that Kibby has the water rights which is why I commented in regards to the potential of transporting the unprocessed product from Clayton Valley to Kibby. Assuming that there is a resource in Clayton Valley.
