Many people have leveraged up in the market(never experience serious tourching before) and then used paper share gains to borrow more money to buy cars and boats-- Will this have a significant downward pressure on Perth housing market(other states too.)When margin calls keep happening. Is the whole thing like a pack of cards that will collapse.
