Well, this all make me happy - and makes sense in a Deliverance sort of way. Zenith is all about BOO. And they really were not aggressive to retain Phosphate. And Gavin was more a nuts and bolts guy. And he left as he really did not see him in the big Zenith picture. So he removed himself from a position that was not a personal fit for him

And, of course, Gavin would have the Phosphate contacts. So you have a nuts and bolt guy (and son) set up a new company to do what they like to do. And given the mateship between all asunder, you have Gavin getting his money, and picking up a MOM / EPC contract - and even picking up the office. Ha ha. And Zenith move onto the BOO market more and more (as the last year has verified).

Everybody is a winner. Everyone is happy. Mind you what are Zenith staff doing sitting on a boat in the harbour???????????? (I guess they are happy, too).

Now, I keep checking up on Rebecca to see where she went, but alas, no updates. Maybe she will land as CFO at the Great's new business.

In all this, I 'wonder', then, re the PNG contract. Note that Barrow is going all BOO. And there is another old gold contract that is a mix of MOM and BOO. And I 'wonder' what will happen there.

To me the MOM/EPC is cyclical and I like that the BOO is the focus of Zenith. And I note the horrible MOM/EPC margins over the last 6 months. That was new (the lowness of MOM/EPC margins). So good luck to Gavin and Adam and Phosphate. And good luck to us!
