Clearly Kevie is way out of his depth and not in control of the situation at all. In fact I wonder whether he's in control of anything.....he just seems to have policy failure after policy failure. It's turning into a wasted Gov't term, and an expensive one at that. If the man had half a brain he wouldn't have dismantled the proven solution the Liberal Gov't had in place.
