Thought I'd bookmarked a link fairly recently,but can't locate now,you'll just have to google.Unlikely I'll find the bookmark as it was indirect.I remember reading about the invention in 2001,and told an engineer I knew from uni days who lived in Cairns and unfortunately the 'trained' mind kicked in and he just laughed at me.
The link I had was from overseas and they were selling blueprints of a similar device you can make yourself,and they referred to the Lutec device - expected to sell for around $5000-00 and puts out 24kw per day,enough to detach from the grid.
