By convention, Bob Brown will be replaced by another Tas Green.
I share many of Bob's libertarian (small government) views but like so many here I disagree with all of his economic (big government) views.
Ignoring Bob's economic madness for a moment, he actually brings a bit of common sense to the internal operation of his party. With one exception I can think of, most of the other Parliamentary Greens are policy light weights (flunkies or soft thinkers) or radicals. If the Party turns to a radical leader (and I suspect it may), its influence will implode after the next election.
