Well the TOE share price certainly is range bound and in the doldrums atm. Wake me up in 2022 when the price manipulators and shorters are bored and have moved on. Anyone heard rumours of another CR or a Takeover. There seems to be alot of very sticky grubby fingers in the pie from people in the "Know".
Just my opinion or am I seeing it wrong ????
