30% of Australians already have access to very high speed net without any NBN.
Are they taking up the service at any sort of high rate? No!
What great new must have services have come in since the availability of this high speed net?
There are heaps of people who have NO net connection because of cost.
Most users of the NBN will opt for the slowest speed option as they wont be able to afford anything else and wont see the need for paying more.
Why spend $43b bringing normal speed services to most users when there is other much cheaper technology available?
