One can only hope that is the outcome Happy.
The incumbents need to fall on their swords. Managerial control should be in the hands of an experienced operator. Like Jim Simpson. NOT in the hands of a guy who is better suited to staying out in the field directing drilling. But ego & pig headedness will no doubt rule the day.
