I see no need for a capital raise until the CVM technology has finally been approved by the FAA. SMN might need additional funds to ramp up production of sensors but until then AEM should be adding to overall profitability.
If & when a cap raise is required, the share price should be well over $1 which should occur after FAA approval has been obtained. In fact, it would not take too much enthusiasm for the share price to be several dollars with contract negotiations from airlines other than Delta being reported.
