Bobsee, that would be a nice segue into asking the board for how they view and compensate management performance. What are the hurdles for a step up in bonuses that shareholders are asked to vote on. Simply stating that staff have worked very hard does not cut it, especially when some have other jobs at other ASX listed companies, how can they as a board put hand on heart and say they have gone above and beyond, it defies logic.
