Lets face it the best laid battle plans are only good until the battle starts from that point on everything is negotiable. CB did a good job in helping create change, it may not have been the change he wanted but it helped. CP is now considering his options, low volume today probably because he was concentrating on taking the legal path today. I suspect this will get thrown out as usual and then its going to be a case of put up more money or back off. RC and JH may get together now that the first battle is over, likewise CP may come to the table to do more than eat all our food. The fact that he wanted to run the board after buying so few shares does not mean that he will be good for share holders, we can hope he will be but I doubt he got rich for paying above prices for assets. RC or CP we face the same problem we need someone able to make this company what it can be.
