I don't want to pick a fight with you I appreciate your posts and you raise a good point. My understanding of CP's recent failed Queensland action was because the Judge thought that the best way to resolve issues in companies was for a vote of the shareholders.

What was the point of postponing the meeting. How would this help solve the disagreement over directorships.

The 22nd of June was the day allocated for a whole range of questions to be decided by a shareholder vote.

The complaint by CP's legal was noted in the minutes, and he can drag that through the courts as long as he likes.

But the important bit of shareholders "will" regarding the agenda items were decisively decided at the meeting. And now the company can get on with its job of trying to survive and hopefully thrive.
