We do not need new issues and more litigation.
Do you think the wording in the proxy form is inadequate ?.
If you appoint the chairman as proxy to vote on your behalf,the form states [the chairman ,as my proxy to act generally at the meeting on my behalf and to vote ----if no directions have been given,as the proxy sees fit.]
Expressly authorises the chair?
