    IMHO, undirected proxies to the Chairman of the meeting are at the discretion of the Chairman except in the case of a resolution regarding a remuneration package.

    I have often given my votes to the Chairman to do what he/she likes.


    Rebel 2 has filed a court case against the validity of the EGM yet Rebel 1 is writing independently to the Chairman. Any normal person would wait for the court case, yet Rebel 1 is clamoring for a piece of the action. Do I sense something is going on?
