Regardless of your opinions, that is what the Corporation Act states. And that is the only part that will stand in a Court of Law.
Like it or lump it, that is all we have to go by.
If you can change that Act go for it, and I may even agree with you just like the rest of us.
As for the other 5900 shareholders that wouldn't have had a say, well mate the invitation was there for all to attend, and they didn't. I went there from a fair way away to where that meeting was held.
But then again, what about the many many thousands that they didn't even bothered to have a say?? According to you, you are talking on their behalf as well. Yet they have now being forced into the decision that a few others that voted, have decided upon. THE EXACT SAME THING MATE!!! Nothing different!!
