I fully agree with your sentiments defplayer. Unfortunately for us though, it seems very clear that all this Board is doing is dragging us all more and more into litigations. One after another.
It seems to me that they attracting them (Litigations), like flies to a dead carcass.
IMO, We have two company secretaries in CTP and one would be forgiven to believe that, between them, these sort of errors wouldn't happen. Unfortunately they do.
Good luck all, IMO we will need plenty of it.
