Capitalism was founded by Jakob Fugger more than anyone else, he lent money to finance wars and figured how to get kings and churches to pay him bank rather than kill him as was their wont.
The Bank of England, first central bank was set up in 1694 to finance England's wars by taxing the public to pay bank the rich c*s with interest.
You can't just look at today's central banks keeping rates low and say that thats the only problem, if you're serious about reform at it you need to look at all of it critically without any silver bullet clouding your judgement.
