Lawrence Daveona and his legal advisers and counsel had nothing to do with the court action yesterday. To suggest it was frivolous and desperate in nature would be too kind. BOC are quickly running out of avenues to remain relevant in Bougainville now. They know the did not have a good day at the Wardens Hearing and the writing is on the wall. @Freefall and @Andesite know what the attempt was bought forward out of desperation but chose not to give more information as it will expose the validity of the claim.
