Interesting admission by BCL - saying their EL Renewal Application now wasn't processed on time (because of a purported lack of resources). That's an interesting change in position.

Confirms what we have being saying all along. Under the Mining Act the EL actually expired on 7 September 2016 period. RTG are the first and only EL Application lodged. The Government is technically right, they cannot review RTG’s until they deal finally with EL1.

Ironic for BCL to be making gratuitous comments about conduct being less than honourable, given RTG have done nothing wrong and acted at all times under the Mining Act, and held correct on everything they have said to date, given BCL's Track Record on the environmental damage, the conflict and finally land banking a project for 30 years, so that no one else could develop it.

So much for claiming unanimous Landowner support, and community support too when BCL, I am told have not been up to the Panguna mine for 28 years.
