    @Freefall is that all that BCL has to offer now? They have a legacy issue, and for that reason they are a better solution than RTG/Central? If that is BCL's only avenue to securing Panguna now, I wish you goodluck. BCL were not well received today, landowners spoke out against them in a show of force.You are providing false information knowing that Bougainville have limited media outlets.I will provide photos and official update once available.
