    BOC points out that RTG was only established in 2012, you'd struggle to get one project up in that time let alone the 7 claimed by some. They also have little money, regardless of who 'might' back them. $7 m. not going to go far IMO. What's this project worth, a lazy few billion? Feasibility study alone would take a few years and a lot of cash.
