I don't dispute their support but it is naïve to believe that they are willing to finance it. Thousands of major shareholders in public companies support the development plans of those companies but it doesn't mean, as a consequence, that they are prepared to shell out billions of their own money in the process, whether through share issues or whatever.
The likelihood or otherwise of RTG ending up in a position to develop the operation will depend on factors other than the wealth of its major shareholders.
