    Er this is bad news for BOC, good news for RTG surely?

    The atrocities committed during that time are significant. Whether or not the class action is successful, the fact it has commenced will dredge up all the memories of the terrible events.

    RTG has the traditional landowner support and has been building up relationships. RTG has no bad history in the area.

    BOC... well... the horrid facts speak for themselves.
