    I don't think RTG has ever planned to run this one alone - they'd need a decent partner to come in and help with the funding etc.

    A joint venture is the way forward.

    In my opinion this class action will likely undo BOC's hopes. Won't be the best look for their progress with all the atrocities raised regularly
