it’s a strike price of 10 cents. Hoping we get there by Christmas.
However it’s the right but not the obligation. As long as they are trading above 11 cents it makes sense to exercise (1 cent to buy and 10 cents for option payment).
if everything is voted no it’s not a great outcome and no reason to worry about the above
