I am 100% with sachz, drarthur, and dangure on this one.
1. Our shares have been obliterated.
2. The board has a responsibility to shareholders. Shareholders don't have a responsibility to the board there getting paid even if its down the track. They agreed to those conditions, we paid our money in capital raisings and purchasing our shares.
3. I believe the performance targets are way way to low.
Come back with some serious performance targets that get us excited and I'll vote yes.
But for now, Nothing floats my boat at the moment.
