BOD members working on other companies

Severe lack of communication

And another thing...Mr. Carroll and Mr. Boulton are 68 and 69 years of age. And Ian Burston...80 years old. How long do you think these guys are going to put in the energy to see this thing through? If Kogi is Carroll’s and Boulton’s swan song, then they need to give their all to this company.

It’s no wonder why things are taking such a long time to develop.

Like I said, Time is the greatest commodity.

That’s really why I think a JV is the goal.

But the real question I want to know is...How bad do they want this?
