Agreed Serhya, way too low for all the rhetoric. Understanding how many other businesses certain new Directors are involved in rightly questions the time afforded to KFE.

It has been a slow and painful demise of SP, and I quite frankly think they need to demonstrate some genuine indications of their beliefs that this is still worth the initial $ that they bandied about.

Eight years, plus interest lost, to see values obliterated is unacceptable in my view. Increase the options strike, get the DFS cash and then maybe, just maybe I would consider a vote in the future. It is a big fat NO from me. DO YOUR JOB FIRST, then I am more than happy to see you rewarded ten fold. Right now all I can see is my hard earned being flitted away.
