I won’t vote YES without any guarantees. I’m especially not voting YES as things currently stand with a falling share price for the entire 2019 year going from $0.15 to $0.044

Kogi is their baby. The BOD can buy shares themselves AND put in the sweat equity. I’m just along for the ride. All they’re doing is burning other people’s money; trying to get a free ride without any financial risk/ losses on their end. F all that. They need to take on the risks too.

Honestly, at this point, if it’s this difficult for the BOD to get a measly $10 million, I think the BOD ought to either find a partner for a JV, or just sell the company. I’m ready to get out and move on with my life. I really don’t care about the possible potential this project can make anymore. Everything was all good up until that unplanned 249d debacle...man, that really screwed everyone bad.
