Hence why Pfizer made a separate offer being the partnership agreement. They know the vast majority of us are very smart investors they cannot treat us like fools and rug pull us from what could be an investment of lifetime paying a handsome dividend in the future!! They can try at a measly 11.5 cents but they will not succeed, especially when so many investors purchased way above this parcel price!! I mean seriously! The company only had three capital raises since it's existence and two of those raises were at or slightly above $0.20 to sophisticated investors!! The more recent raise at 5.7 cents was several months ago but there is still way more upside than just a 2 x Also we need to consider that FIL purchased millions of stock in the 30s and 40 cent region too. The BOD would know that it's up to us to make a decision at the end of the day IMO they've taken a gamble IMO ( hopefully one that will pay off handsomely) and they know that we are not mugs! On a separate note look at all the extra interest this morning... I think Pfizer is going to have a hard time capping the price at 11.5 cents!! Let's chip away at this wall troops and off to the races we go... a revised bid ( which I still will highly say no to) would have to be on the cards for sure then! Quarterly coming should show decent growth compared to last quarter), potentially counter bidders (hopefully from a tech giant) and leftfield announcements most likely as well... Bring it on!! how exciting this is to watch now, before it was like trying to watch grass grow but now it's like I'm on a jet plane!! Cheers Red bar

Quarterly will disappoint, to undermine the mgt's TO excitement at 11.5c ;-) dont know if mgt is really able to play this strategic game with/against a billion dollar company like pfizer. Think back at the first US Trial how they handled it. ;-) market is pricing in the TO as a done deal. The more turnover the more shares will shift into the "yes" camp. like usual in such situation the days before such an importent event the HC excitement is stellar and wishful thinking and finally proven wrong.
