At 11.5 c no body is walking away with much cash. Any way the principle is, …why let others( Phizer and BOD )increase their wealth and leave crumbs for us. I expect the vote to be a resounding “NO” but that still will never make me trust the BOD again. And if what Bentley said is true that BL said he would never communicate again with him because he doesn’t have a clue what’s happening, then surely that speaks that they are treating share holders with contempt and don’t think they have to tell us anything. Regardless of the BOD motives, as Portsmouth says, the whole scheme stinks.
