hi guys,

have checked with my legal connection and unfortunately it's gone cold, I won't get freebies

to launch a legal challenge, ie injunction to prevent a vote on the grounds of uncompetitive or surpressed share price building leading to the t/o over, two very material announcements cramped into ONE, I would need to pay probably $30k legal fees plus, and spend a lot of time which I don't have - just to be honest here

so my game plan is to hope top holders and others are voting NO and the whole thing fails, OR we get a sliding scale scheme share price before the vote to let us exist if we wish
