Pretty sure you can't use this method to remove a whole board of directors. A public company must have at least 3 directors so you'd need temporary replacements until a full re-election can occur. Here's an example of another company trying exactly that. Can't see it working. Firstly you'd want to clarify who owns the IP. Could end up as just a shell and a fraction of the current $27mill marketcap.
