b) I think we have been informed of the priority projects. We should be getting an update on the JV with Novo very soon according to Novo.

c) We are not going to get a good price for any asset if ARV looks like a desperate seller.

d) Yes I would like to see far more information on where the money was spent last year, but given the limited resources ARV has right now it might be better to spend them on forward looking activities. Let's get ARV back on track and then look at what happened last year.
