BoD Tactics

I certainly don’t have any proof that this could be a play the BoD is manoeuvring however there are a lot of smart people on here than me.

Could it be possible that the BoD is taking a very slow approach to releasing; Reserve Statement, PFS and Expert Valuation reports to enable Aurene to keep acquiring on market under the T/O price as once these are released the SP could highly rise well above there offer and they gain control quicker than otherwise and also no competitor?

Again I don’t know anything of the above to be true or false however just posing the questions to some more educated individuals than me.
