    As another PI I can confirm what everyone is saying. The board were not re elected. No questions and answers. The board said they had worked hard tirelessly since Feb, and then said we cant continue with the presentation as we are no longer directors. They then walked out. The two Aussie directors were re-elected - and granted the options. The Lind deal was ratified. The 10% got voted down. Crazy. off iii
