I can see this playing out:

Fixed costs around $6m - maybe a bit less!

Run rate come December - Revenue maybe $12 - $5m with 40% margin! So close to break even with some lag of cash receipts etc.

By June next year revenue around $25 - $30m - delivering what should eventuate a profit of around $5m and looking to double each half year.

Chris Crawford is a vereran sales guy - plus has his team around him.

If they can layer on bedding, body armour, then military and eventually flame retardant - no reason sales could not get to $100m over a 3 - 5 year period!
