I doubt it makes any difference as there have been so many deals announced over the years , shareholders are only interested now in revenue and to a lesser extent the margin once produced from the deal on the 4C .

Company is starting to get revenue growth though , but tends to be reactive rather than proactive in chasing that growth ie could have been making deals with Police unions directly for Jackets with AJX technology imbedded then get a manufacturer to make the jackets rather than this circuitous rout of going through a manufacturer .
(As a Californian Millwright union member I use to get a Jacket when paying my union dues each year -guess thousands of jackets were issued to us in a year )
AJX does have great tech and is the main reason I have re-invested in it , business nous of vertical integration with AJX though is still sorely lacking IMHO exemplified with branding and benefits almost none existent from a consumer perspective.
