Gee The Smiles, that post is a bit rich coming from you......4 posts in total (ever and all on OBJ) and only six weeks ago you were comparing OBJ to the likes of Telstra for a valuation......or were you just another suggesting that OBJ should only be valued @ 6.2% of it's current net revenue? Having seen numerous threads about price predictions it got me thinking - what amount of revenue or profit would OBJ need to make to obtain a market cap of $150m? Hypothetically speaking, if the market cap wasn’t $150m as it is at present.
Say we were looking at a new biotech company in this sector starting out, where cash burn under a similar business model is fairly minimal. Or in fact any company, not necessarily in this sector. I realise that there are various product developments in the ‘pipeline’ but when considering a value based purely on revenue and profit for the numbers game.
Obviously a direct comparison cannot be made to Telstra, but for examples sake:
Revenue = $25,155m
Net profit = $4,275m
Market capitalisation = $68,436m
Revenue / Market capitalisation = 6.2%...?
How does this stack up for OBJ?

So on your example if OBJ generate 100 mil net revenue @ 6.2% Revenue/Market Capitalisation, it places a value of 1.612903230 billion; which equates to over 90 cents per share. Not sure if there is any difference between what you were doing a month and a half ago and what was hypothesized today
JM69 asked the question and a couple of us responded, nothing more, nothing less, no ramping......just an educated guess based on what little information we currently have on the provision that UQ provides positive data and P&G and other Global Distributors swoop on commercialisation for multiple categories. Thanks for the advice though on a share discussion forum. Let's just all twiddle our fingers while we wait for any kind of meaningful announcement just to keep you and bengat happy shall we
