Good words Attitude & Jase, it's easy to forget that the BOD are human after all, with this comes all of the good bits and not so good bits.

I've believed for a long time that we, the collective HC posters here, have been guilty of over talking the company and artificially inflating our own expectations, me included, but we are also human and that is to be expected. We have all dreamed of what we will do with our new found wealth when the SP reaches xxx.

What has kept my focus is the performance shares that mature this year, if we make those milestones then the sp will look after itself. Granted it looks difficult from here but I have great faith that the BOD made those goals for good reason. Whilst they want to deliver those goals we have to remember that ultimately we are at the mercy of our partners and their own internal deadlines/programs/ego's etc.

I'm very confident it will happen but not so sure of the timing.
