I agree wholeheartedly Art - there is also the other end of the spectrum- I currently have a mate waiting for a knee reco - he has been told sometime in the next 12-18 months in the public system.
I am sure if there was something available now to alleviate the pain he is in - other than the narcotic drugs they are happy to hand him - he would happily grab it....
