    Don't know where Boss Energy is going to get the money to buy these shares. I estimate the cost of exercising the purchase options as follows:

    GRV Contributor shares - 2,200,000 - $7,559,792.42;

    ECM - 6,150,000 - $3,320,148.49;

    ESMCA -700,000 - $2,370,059.99;
