    The Plot thinkens!

    BOE has lodged a ceasing to be a substantial holder notice for the 6.15 million shares subjected to the exercised option for ECM shares.

    Quote: "Ceases to hold a relevant interest as a result of the exercise of the call options granted under the Call Option Deeds dated 24 October 2007 and allocation of shares to other parties".

    Was BOE acting on behalf of a third party all along.
