    - GRV contributing shares $3,941,543 for 1,147,500 shares = $3.435 per share;

    - ECM $1,371,806.29 for 2,540,776 shares = 0.54 per share;

    - ESMCA $114,900.33 for 34,000 shares = 3.379 per share;

    Agreement is an option agreement i.e may or may not happen.
